In a market situation that is changing due to technological developments and increasing competition, a successful medium-sized distributor of dental medical equipment sought the support of our experts in order to tackle the comprehensive digitalization of the company and to ensure long-term company success. Together, a new (digital) corporate vision was created and a tailor-made digital strategy was developed. During the joint implementation, successful digitalization was experienced by everyone through the achievement and exceeding of corporate goals, the further development of employees and the corporate culture.
Our strategy package encompassed all corporate areas from marketing, sales and e-commerce to purchasing, HR and technical customer service. After a detailed status quo analysis, new corporate areas such as purchasing, business intelligence and HR were developed, work processes were adapted, the IT system landscape was modernized and further developed with new software components such as PIM, CRM and field service. A Project Management Office was set up for coordination and control, which carries out program management of ongoing digitalization through the introduction of project management standards.
