Our customer, an established pharmaceutical company, was faced with the challenge of opening up the Amazon sales channel and developing a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand that is perfectly tailored to the Amazon channel. We took this ambitious path together and successfully built an innovative DTC brand on Amazon.

Our client recognized the need to respond to changing market conditions and the increasing importance of e-commerce. We started an ambitious project with the aim of creating a strong presence on Amazon, tapping into new customer groups and at the same time building direct customer relationships for the first time.

 

Working closely with our customer, we identified attractive market niches and carefully selected the most promising products using detailed analysis models. We took control of product development and product management in order to use a minimum viable product (MVP) approach to develop a brand that is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the Amazon marketplace.

 

At the same time, we set up all the necessary Amazon structures, including connections, accounts, logistics, content, marketing, steering and reporting. We developed a comprehensive business plan that formed the basis for the successful go-live of the direct-to-consumer brand.

 

The launch of the brand on Amazon was a huge success. We supported our customer during the first operational months to ensure everything ran smoothly. In addition, we helped select and build an internal team that took over operational activities and continuously optimized the brand.
